Accommodations at Home Farm for WILD BLOOMING are: 4 private, 2 duplex, 4 shared.

All prices are listed in USD

Early bird special pricing* BEFORE April 7th - per accommodation type:

Private accommodations- $1999/person

Duplex - $1,899/person 

Shared accommodations - $1,599/person

*Early bird pricing ends on April 7th, 2025.

Pricing AFTER April 7th, 2025:

Private accommodations- $2,499/person

Duplex - $2,299/person 

Shared accommodations- $1999/person

Price includes:

Ride from SJO airport to retreat location (see FAQ for details)

3 Organic Vegetarian meals per day during the retreat + snacks

Accommodations during the course of the retreat

All retreat activities

(you will need to arrange your own ride back to SJO - ask us for options)

refund policy

Any deposits you make before April 7th 2025, that you notify us about before April 7th, are fully refundable.

All deposits made after April 7th 2025 are non-refundable.

Any Payments made (except your deposit) before May 7th 2025 are fully refundable. Any payments made AFTER May 7th 2025 are not refundable (except in exceptional circumstances - we know life can happen- please reach out).

If a participant needs to cancel and is able to find a replacement participant up to 1 week before the retreat start date we will be able to accommodate the transfer.

Please be sure to get in touch as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns. We will address emergency situations on an individual basis and do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.

*If we have to cancel due to weather, natural disaster, political upheaval, or an international emergency, all payments will be refunded except for any expenses incurred by HOME Farm in the process of supporting and preparing for your experience. We will use whatever portion of the deposit necessary to accomplish this. Examples may include administrative costs, food purchases, etc. As well, HOME Farm will not be liable for reimbursing any travel or other expenses incurred by any individual under any circumstances.
