WILD BLOOMING is a 6-day deep dive into the raw, untamed feminine heart — an adventure where you unearth the magic, power, and beauty that have been lying dormant inside you for too long. Through organic, guided dance and heart-essenced song, you will awaken the wild woman within — the one who knows how to love, protect, and express herself without apology. You'll gather earth-based, woman-centered tools for radical self-healing — for activating your beauty, cultivating real intimacy, setting needed boundaries, and aligning your life with what truly matters.

Just as a garden blooms naturally under the care of a devoted gardener, your feminine essence will come alive when you nourish yourself deeply — through movement, breath, music, and sisterhood. When we feed our bodies real food, dance barefoot on the earth, awaken our life force, and sing to the Goddess by the river, we are not just healing — we are rising.

Our sacred space is HOME Farm, nestled in the heart of wild Central Costa Rica — a land where the Goddess breathes through jungle, waterfalls, and ocean winds. Here, Nature is alive and she will mirror her wildness back to you. La Abuela, the ancient grandmother tree, stands in quiet power, witnessing all who come to remember themselves. Her human guardians tend the earth and grow the food that will nourish and sustain you as you return to your roots. Flowing through this land is a beautiful river and crystalline waterfall — a place to surrender, release, and be baptized by Nature herself.

Held in the wild, wise embrace of Mother Earth, and guided by Tantric Dance teacher Josie Keys, body alchemist Teresina Sullo and Voice mentor (TBC), you will remember who you are — a woman rooted in her body, her voice, and her fierce, sacred beauty. This is your time to rise, unfurl your wings, and and bloom into the radiant woman your soul has always known.

🌿 Embodied Feminine Wisdom – Gnosis - through ritual, movement and deep body listening, we merge the feminine worlds of intuition, instinct, and inner knowing with the grounded wisdom of practice, creating direct, experiential knowledge of the divine.

At HOME Farm, you will have the space to breathe, to relax, to heal. You will feel the land embrace you as you shed the old layers and return to the raw, untamed magic of who you truly are.

We will spend our days dancing, looking, playing singing and listening—to the wind through the trees, to the slow unfurling of leaves in the morning sun, to the knowledge carried in the voices of achiote and passionflower. At dawn, the air vibrates with the haunting calls of howler monkeys, their deep, primal roars echoing through the valley.

In the evenings, under the moonlight, we hear the melodic chorus of coquí frogs and the distant hoots of the spectacled owl, synchronizing our bodies to the organic,pristine nature around us.

This retreat is more than an experience—it is an initiation. A chance to let the new template of your life emerge, fully embodied, fully alive.

  • Josie Keys

    Josie is the founder of WILD BLOOMING, a retreat where women come to ground in & rise — raw, embodied, and sovereign. A passionate guide on the path of Divine Feminine embodiment, she channels the energy of Mary Magdalene and the wild mystical feminine archetypes that refuse to be silenced. Since her awakening in 2012, she has walked with devotion, carrying the ancient codes of the Goddess and the dance between Feminine and Masculine.

    Her journey began in 1999, rooted in deep apprenticeships with teachers of devotional Tantra, 5 Rhythms, and Sacred Dance. Over time, she became a lineage holder of Tantric Belly Dance — an art that awakens the primal, erotic, and sacred currents that live in every woman’s body.

    Josie’s conscious dance teaching is a call to women who are ready (or frightened!) to reclaim their power, voice, and body. She creates movement spaces where women break free of shame and pain, awakening the Shakti force that moves through their hips, hearts, and wombs. Her teachings invite women to be WITNESSED, to come home to the wild wisdom of their bodies, in sisterhood with other women. As they dance their truth, they root themselves fiercely back into the Earth — alive, whole, and sovereign.

    At the heart of her work is the womb — the seat of a woman’s power and her connection to creation itself. Josie guides women to remember the primal intelligence of their wombs, to release what no longer serves, and to stand in the raw beauty of their essence.

    of  coretherapytoday.com has devoted her adult life to healing our bodies  using the methodology of dance, martial arts, yoga, Pilates and breath; Teresina changes lives.  She has spent the last 20 years working side by side her chiropractic doctor, Dr. Rudy Patel, at Axiom Health LA in her beloved Venice, California.

    Our Voice Mentor is lovingly devoted to guiding each soul who enters her field to open their voice to its deepest, most soulful expression. Through her own divine voice, she carries a profound reverence for the seed sounds of existence — sounds that awaken ancient remembrance within.

    Rooted in her path as a Sovereign Mother, Sound Artist, Voice Witch, and Oracle, she midwifes the birth of your most empowered, authentic, and creative expression.

    Joining us at Home Farm, she will lead a Voice Activation Workshop, and join us by the River, weaving together sacred sound and mystical movement, in deep communion with the elements and the land.

    Each activation is unique, unfurling differently for every woman, because every voice holds its own medicine. Our Voice Mentor works intimately with your essence and what is alive in your current reality. Together, we dive deep to call forth the embodied voice of your truth — raw, powerful, and free.
